All orders are packed and dispatched, fast! We’ve formed strong partnerships and work hand-in-hand with major domestic freight services like Direct Freight, DHL, Allied, and Australia Post to ensure you receive your orders quickly and reliably.

VOSTA recliner seats come with ADR-approved tags and Australian Design Rule 3/03 documentation for road legality.
Yes, our seats are designed to fit most cars universally. They can be used on either side, as there is no left or right.
You will need our VOSTA Seat Adapters. If your vehicle is not on our adapter page, you can purchase our Universal Adapters The metal tabs provided on each Universal adapter must be welded to fit your vehicle's specific factory floor bolt holes.
The order should be placed in the following sequence:
- Seat/rails
- Seat adapter
- That’s it! :)
All vehicles aren't internally manufactured the same. You can simply weld and customise our universal adapters to suit your desired seat height and overall seat position.

Disclaimer and Warranties
Legal compliance is the buyer's responsibility for all products sold by VOSTA, which may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with local, state, and national authorities regarding the legality of their vehicle.Â
VOSTA is not responsible for installing and modifying the product or the vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility and understanding to engage with a professional installer and take best practices to achieve the best possible fitment and results.Â
VOSTA is not liable for any costs incurred during the preparation, installation, and modification process needed for any product, regardless of whether it is defective. If you receive a defective product, please notify VOSTA immediately, and an alternative non-defective product will be swapped out (please note that there may be waiting periods involved if VOSTA does not have the product in stock).Â
Installation of productsÂ
VOSTA insists on professional product installation to ensure the best possible result. VOSTA does not guarantee OEM fitment for any parts supplied unless stated otherwise.
Please be aware that every product and vehicle is unique and has numerous factors to consider, including age, condition, warping, previous accidents/repairs, structural deviations, environmental damage, pre-existing damage, rust, and other relevant factors. Therefore, adjustments to Vosta products and your vehicle may be required to achieve the best possible fitment.Â
Please note that certain products may require modification to match the aesthetic of the buyer's vehicle (portion carbon, carbon, or fibreglass). The products will not fit like OEM factory-supplied parts, as we supply aftermarket parts.
Please be aware that VOSTA is not responsible for the installation of our products. As a supplier, we do not offer installation services.

Our aftermarket seats fit most vehicles, while specific Seat adapters are needed for your make & model. We offer universal adapters that may require modifications but work for many makes & models.
Defective Products
As mentioned, all VOSTA products must be professionally installed by an automotive body shop to guarantee optimal results. As all items are handmade, no two items will be identical. There will be imperfections and blemishes, and it will not fit like an OEM part/or have OEM fitment.Â
This is part of the hand-crafted process. Not working like OEM/ not having OEM fitment is NOT considered defective. If there are any issues with any of the Vosta products and you believe that they are not fit for use, or an extensive amount of work may be needed to fit them,
VOSTA should be notified immediately before any work on the product commences. Photographic and video evidence of potential defects must be documented and sent to Vosta for review and assessment.
VOSTA should be notified immediately if, during the installation process, any serious product or fitment issues arise (such as drastic modification or significant time needed to make the product fit). After extensive work on the product, VOSTA will not consider it defective. VOSTA will only consider any product inferior if verified by a qualified and accredited automotive Bodyshop/installer.

Warranty
At VOSTA, we are committed to providing the highest quality products, undergoing extensive testing and inspection to ensure you receive your vehicle's best part or solution. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship has led us to offer industry-leading warranties and guarantees on all automotive parts.Â
The product warranty covers the following specific manufacturing faults under normal wear conditions. VOSTA inspects all products before dispatch and holds no responsibility for losses/damages incurred after delivery.Â
ReturnsÂ
Our Return policy will give you confidence in our products and peace of mind that you have purchased a quality product from a reputable JDM/EURO parts company.
VOSTA offers a 30-day Guarantee on selected products (unless the product is defective or the return directly results from a fault or a Change of Mind). Please note: VOSTA will not refund or accept faulty or damaged items from their third-party courier. For all damaged items caused during transit, the customer is to contact and liaise with the chosen courier. VOSTA is not responsible for worn or damaged items (including odours) or for products that have been installed or used.
VOSTA, as part of our return policy, may apply a 10% restocking fee for returns of unused items. The return delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.Â

Please note: Under the Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind, we reserve the right to provide an exchange, rather than a refund. If you wish to return the product (at your own cost and arrangement), please follow the steps below.
All items must be returned within seven days of receipt, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, in its original and sealed packaging, and accompanied by emailed proof of purchase (such as the sales receipt or another acceptable proof of purchase).Â
