Terms & Conditions

Legal compliance is the buyer's responsibility for all products sold by Vosta, which may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with local, state, and national authorities regarding the legality of their vehicle.


Vosta is not responsible for installing and modifying the product or the vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility and understanding to engage with a professional installer and take best practices to achieve the best possible fitment and results.


Vosta is not liable for any cost incurred during the preparation, installation, and modification process needed for any product, regardless of whether it is defective. If you receive a defective product, please notify Vosta immediately, and an alternative non-defective product will be swapped out (please note that there may be waiting periods involved if Vosta does not have the product in stock).

Installation of Vosta products

Vosta insists on professional installation for all products to ensure the best possible result. Please note that all products may require alterations such as prepping, trimming, cutting, sanding, additions, and any fibreglass/carbon work needed as part of the installation process.


Vosta does not guarantee OEM fitment for any parts supplied unless stated otherwise. Please be aware that every product and vehicle is unique and has many factors to consider, such as age, condition, warping, previous accidents/repairs, structural deviations, environmental damage, pre-existing damage, rust, and other factors.

Therefore, adjustments to Vosta products and your vehicle may be required to achieve the best possible fitment.

Please note that certain products may require painting to match the aesthetic of the buyer's vehicle (portion carbon, carbon, or fibreglass). The products will not fit like an OEM factory-supplied part, as we supply aftermarket parts.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time.

Defective Products

As previously mentioned, all Vosta products must be professionally installed by an Automotive Bodyshop to guarantee optimal results.

As all items are handmade, no two items will be identical. There will be imperfections and blemishes, and it will not fit like an OEM part/or have OEM fitment.

This is part of the hand-crafted process. Not working like OEM/ not having OEM fitment is NOT considered defective. If there are any issues with any of the Vosta products and you believe that it is not fit for use or an extensive amount of work may be needed to fit, Vosta should be notified immediately before any work on the product commences.

Photographic and video evidence of potential defects must be documented and sent to Vosta for review and assessment.
Vosta should be notified immediately if, during the installation process, any serious product or fitment issues arise (drastic modification or time is needed to make the product fit).

After extensive work on the product, Vista will not consider it defective. Vosta will only consider any product inferior if verified by a qualified and accredited automotive Bodyshop/installer.

Photographic and video evidence of potential defects must be documented and sent to Vosta for review and assessment before any return claims are approved, or alternatives are sent out.

Warranty

Vosta would like to thank you for the recent purchase of your automotive part/s. Upon your selection, you join hundreds of people from all over the country who have decided on one of our exclusive part supplies that makes a difference to your vehicle.

The Racing seat or Automotive part you purchased draws on years of manufacturing innovation, enhanced by racing research committed to delivering the best designs and testing of all its products.

To assist you with your Warranty Claim, Please email via the contact us section and provide the following:

  • A detailed description of the damage or fault; and
  • Photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We require at least four photos to process your claim quickly and effectively. These include a photo of the product, the fault or defect with the product, a close-up of the fault or defect of the product, the product, how it arrived and any tracking details and images of packing slips. 
  • Please make sure the photos are clear. 
  • Your proof of purchase 

The claims team will notify you within 2-3 business days of the initial claim date to authorise. 

For products being claimed, please ensure your product is free of dirt, stains or soil, as any of these conditions may void your Warranty.

Returns

Our return policy provides you confidence in our products and peace of mind that you have purchased a quality product from a reputable JDM/EURO parts company.

If you'd like to return your item, please get in touch with Vosta Customer Service within 14 days of the invoice date. We offer a 14-day hassle-free Guarantee on selected products (unless the product is defective or the return directly results from a fault). Please note: Vosta will not refund or accept faulty or damaged items in the customer's possession or returned to us from the customer's third-party courier. For all damaged items caused in transit, the customer is to contact and liaise with the chosen courier. Vosta is not responsible for worn or damaged items (including smells) or installed or used products.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind, you may return the product (at your cost and your arrangement) within seven days of the date received, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, is in its original unopened and sealed packaging, and is accompanied by emailed proof of purchase (the sales receipt or another acceptable form of proof of purchase). The customer remains responsible for returning the items to our warehouse, where they will be inspected.

Once your item has been inspected, we can process a refund of your purchase price minus any freight fees.
