Disclaimer and Warranties
Legal compliance is the buyer's responsibility for all products sold by VOSTA that may not be legal for street use. The buyer must also comply with local, state, and national authorities regarding the legality of their vehicle.Â
VOSTA is not responsible for installing and modifying the product or the vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility and understanding to engage with a professional installer and take best practices to achieve the best possible fitment and results.Â
VOSTA is not liable for any cost incurred during the preparation, installation, and modification process needed for any product, regardless of whether it is defective. If you receive a defective product, please notify VOSTA immediately, and an alternative non-defective product will be swapped out (please note that there may be waiting periods involved if VOSTA does not have the product in stock).Â
Installation of productsÂ
VOSTA insists on professional product installation to ensure the best possible result. Unless stated otherwise, VOSTA does not guarantee OEM fitment for any parts supplied.
Please be aware that every product and vehicle is unique and has many factors to consider, such as age, condition, warping, previous accidents/repairs, structural deviations, environmental damage, pre-existing damage, rust, and other factors. Therefore, adjustments to Vosta products and your vehicle may be required to achieve the best possible fitment.Â
Please note that certain products may require modification to match the aesthetic of the buyer's vehicle (portion carbon, carbon, or fibreglass). The products will not fit like OEM factory-supplied parts, as we supply aftermarket parts.
Please be aware that VOSTA is not responsible for installing our products. As a supplier, we do not offer installation services.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time.Â
Our aftermarket seats fit most vehicles, while specific Seat adapters are needed for your make and model. We offer universal adapters that may require modifications but work for many makes and models.
Defective Products
As mentioned, all VOSTA products must be professionally installed by an automotive bodyshop to guarantee optimal results. As all items are handmade, no two items will be identical. There will be imperfections and blemishes, and it will not fit like an OEM part or have OEM fitment.Â
This is part of the hand-crafted process. Not working like OEM/ not having OEM fitment is NOT considered defective. If there are any issues with any of the Vosta products and you believe that they are not fit for use, or an extensive amount of work may be needed to fit them,
VOSTA should be notified immediately before any work on the product commences. Photographic and video evidence of potential defects must be documented and sent to Vosta for review and assessment.
VOSTA should be notified immediately if, during the installation process, any serious product or fitment issues arise (drastic modification or time is needed to make the product fit). After extensive work on the product, VOSTA will not consider it defective. VOSTA will only consider any product inferior if verified by a qualified and accredited automotive Bodyshop/installer.

Warranty
At VOSTA, we are committed to providing the highest-quality products. We undergo extensive testing and inspection to ensure you receive the best part or solution for your vehicle. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship has led us to offer industry-leading warranties and guarantees on all automotive parts.Â
The product warranty covers the following specific manufacturing faults under normal wear conditions. VOSTA inspects all products before dispatch and is not responsible for losses/damages incurred after delivery.Â
Return PolicyÂ
Our Return policy will give you confidence in our products and peace of mind that you have purchased a quality product from a reputable JDM/EURO parts company.
VOSTA offers a 30-day Guarantee on selected products (unless the product is defective or the return directly results from a fault or a Change of Mind). Please note: VOSTA will not refund or accept faulty or damaged items from their third-party courier. For all damaged items caused in transit, the customer is to contact and liaise with the courier they have chosen.
VOSTA is not responsible for worn or damaged items (including smells) or installed or used products.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with returns, including packaging, postage, and ensuring items are returned in their original condition. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to mitigate risks, as VOSTA is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please get in touch with VOSTA Customer Service at returns@vosta.com.au. We recommend photographing the item before shipping, as these images may serve as visual evidence during the return process.
Return requirements

Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.

Valid proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation) must be emailed to returns@vosta.com.au.
Returns and processing
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, a refund or exchange will be processed according to the terms below. Customers are responsible for all return shipping arrangements and associated costs.
VOSTA reserves the right to apply a 10% restocking fee for returns of unused items, as our return policy outlines.
Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, VOSTA is not obligated to provide a refund for change-of-mind returns. However, we may offer an exchange at our discretion, provided the return meets the abovementioned requirements.
Refunds and exchanges

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
