All in-stock orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We work closely with trusted domestic freight partners — including Direct Freight, DHL, Allied, and Australia Post — to ensure your order arrives quickly and reliably.
Please note: During peak promotional periods such as EOFY, Black Friday, and Boxing Day, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number immediately.
All pre-orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of stock arriving at our warehouse (excluding weekends). Our in-house team will keep you updated every step of the way, with any updates they receive. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Our Flat Rate Delivery is for Metropolitan areas only and is valued up to the sum of $160, if your delivery cost exceeds $160, you will be contacted via email or phone after your purchase is made to inform of options for the delivery of your item/s.
Our dedicated team ensures that all in-stock items are carefully prepared and shipped on the same or next business day*.
*Please note: Peak season times eg. EOFY, Black Friday & Christmas periods may see slight delays with dispatch as we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. For more information regarding the delivery of your order, please use the tracking information sent to you after your order is dispatched. We prioritise proper packaging to protect your item, but please note that we do not take responsibility for any damages or lost items during transit.
Our partnered couriers provide a convenient, front-door delivery option (limited to ground-floor locations). Please be aware that our delivery personnel are unable to transport products inside, upstairs, in elevators, or to hard-to-reach areas.
Deliveries by our couriers are scheduled from Monday to Friday and do not take place on weekends or public holidays. Customised delivery requests cannot be accommodated. However, the couriers will notify you the day your item has been scanned out for delivery. Delivery times are an estimate only and all items will be left by the front door if you are not home.
Should you encounter any issues or have questions about the delivery, you should communicate directly with the courier company. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items, the specific method of delivery, or the condition upon arrival.
