We ship Australia wide. At checkout you will see a live shipping price calculated for your delivery address and order, and Vosta contributes to the cost of every shipment to keep it lower for you.

Standard delivery is sent with Direct Freight or Australia Post, whichever suits your order best. Express delivery is available with Australia Post on eligible smaller orders.

All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL), so your order can be left in a safe place at the delivery address if you are not home. If you would prefer a signature on delivery, let us know at checkout or contact our team.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. You will receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

VOSTA warrants its products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal use.

If a product is defective within the warranty period, VOSTA will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion, once the claim has been assessed.

• Misuse
• Track or competition use (unless specified)

How to make a warranty claim

We will assess the claim in writing. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us; where a defect is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return costs.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Your consumer guarantees are not limited to the 12-month warranty period — they apply for a reasonable period given the nature and price of the goods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns (change of mind)

Separate to the warranty above, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. Installed, used or modified products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
