At VOSTA, we have undergone extensive testing and comply with a variety of Australian Compliance Australian Design Rule (ADR) 03/04 & 5/06, Appendix A, Clause 6.4, ensuring strict safety and performance standards.Â
SEATS ADR 3/04
The Chief Engineer is responsible for conducting all mandated compliance tests pertaining to forward-facing seating systems in M1 category vehicles, under applicable standards and regulations.

- ADR 3/04 Appendix A Clause 6.2 – Rearward Moment Test
- ADR 3/04 Clause 6.5 and Appendix A Clause 6.3 – COG Testing

ADAPTERS ADR 05/06 – Seatbelt Anchorages
Our experienced engineers rigorously test our seats, seat adapters, and seatbelt holders to ensure their strength and integrity meet Australian ADR 5/06 standards.
- ADR 5/06 Appendix A Clause 6.4 – Forward COG and Seatbelt Anchorage Test
- As per Clauses 6.4.4.2 and 6.4.4
All tests are conducted for forward-facing seats according to the requirements of ADRs 3/04 and 5/06 within the M1 vehicle category.
