1. The Promoter

The promoter is Vosta (“Vosta”, “we”, “us”, “our”), VOSTA CO PTY LTD, ABN 86 694 954 713, 13/30 Smith Street, Capalaba QLD 4157, Australia. Contact: info@vosta.com.au.

2. The competition

“Win Your Order Back” is an ongoing monthly competition in which customers submit a photo or video of a Vosta product for the chance to win the value of their order. The competition runs in monthly periods, each beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of the calendar month (Australian Eastern time), and continues until we close it (see clause 11).

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who are 18 years or older (or who have a parent or guardian’s consent) and who are residents of Australia.
3.2 You must have placed a valid order with Vosta and be able to provide the order number.
3.3 Employees of Vosta and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to enter

4.1 Complete the official entry form, providing your name, email address, Vosta order number, Instagram handle, and a photo or video featuring a Vosta product.
4.2 You may submit your content by uploading it directly through the entry form, or by posting it publicly on Instagram, tagging @vosta.co and using #WinWithVosta.
4.3 You must tick all required permission boxes on the entry form. Entries missing a valid order number, valid content, or any required permission are invalid.
4.4 No purchase beyond your existing Vosta order is required to enter, and no fee is charged to enter.

5. Entry validity and the draw

5.1 Each valid entry is entered into the draw for the monthly period in which it is received.
5.2 One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received in that monthly period. The draw takes place on or shortly after the 1st day of the following month (Australian Eastern time).
5.3 You may enter more than once with different content, but each person can win only once in any rolling 12-month period.

6. The prize

6.1 The prize is the Order value (as defined in clause 6.2) of the winner's qualifying Vosta order, provided as either a refund of that amount to the original payment method or an equivalent Vosta store credit— the winner chooses.
6.2 “Order value” means the total amount paid for the qualifying order (excluding any shipping paid), as recorded by Vosta.
6.3 One prize is awarded per monthly period. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash beyond the refund option described above.

7. Winner notification and claim

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or Instagram handle provided, within 7 days of the draw.
7.2 The winner must respond and confirm their refund-or-credit choice within 14 days of being contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we may forfeit the prize and draw a replacement winner.
7.3 We may require reasonable verification of identity and of the qualifying order before awarding a prize.

8. Content licence and use

8.1 By entering, you grant Vosta a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, repost and distribute the content and any accompanying words you submit, across any media — including Vosta’s social media accounts, website, email, and paid advertising (including paid social and other paid media).
8.2 All content submitted may be used and reposted by Vosta. Where we share your content we will tag the account you provide. Your content may be used in our paid advertising. No further payment or compensation is payable to you for any such use, whether or not you win.
8.3 This licence continues even if the competition ends and is not conditional on you winning.
8.4 You may ask us to stop using a specific piece of content going forward by emailing info@vosta.com.au; we will action reasonable requests for future use but are not required to recall content already published or distributed.

9. Your warranties

By entering, you confirm that:
9.1 the content is your own original work and you own or control all rights in it;
9.2 you have the consent of any identifiable person, vehicle owner, or rights-holder appearing in the content to submit it and for Vosta to use it as described;
9.3 the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights, and does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory or misleading material; and
9.4 the content does not feature third-party trademarks or branding in a way that implies endorsement.
You agree to indemnify Vosta against any claim arising from a breach of these warranties.

10. Privacy

We collect your personal information to run this competition (verifying entries, contacting winners, and awarding prizes) and, where you opt in, for marketing. We handle it in accordance with Vosta’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. You can contact us at info@vosta.com.au to access or correct your details.

11. General

11.1 We may amend these terms, or suspend or end the competition, at any time, including for reasons outside our control. Material changes will be posted on this page.
11.2 We may disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, breaches these terms, or involves content that is unlawful or inappropriate.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law, Vosta is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of any prize. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility.
11.5 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
