Shipping & returns
Shipping. Australia-wide with Direct Freight or Australia Post, plus Australia Post Express on eligible smaller orders. You'll see the live price for your address at checkout, and we chip in on every shipment to keep it down. Metro east coast deliveries usually take 3–5 business days; WA and regional areas can take longer. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships. Orders go out with Authority to Leave, so ask at checkout if you'd rather sign for it.
Returns. Changed your mind? Send it back unused, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of receiving it, with proof of purchase. Return postage is on you and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Items that have been installed or used can't be returned for change of mind. Email hello@vosta.com.au to start a return.
Faulty, not as described or damaged on arrival? Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, so you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email hello@vosta.com.au with your order number and photos and we'll sort it.
